My good friend Mark Trinkle loves to use an expression he picked up from one of his clients, and that is "Everything Communicates" whether we think it does or not. The words we use, the clothes we wear and yes even how punctual we are for meetings, phone calls or webinars. At the end of the day what we really have is our word, our integrity and our character. Another good friend sent this reminder to me the other day so I am sending it to you.
Watch your thoughts,
They become your words;
Watch your words,
They become your actions;
Watch your actions...
They become your character.
Remember not only does everything communicate, everyone is watching and listening as well.
